We recommend that children wear long sleeved tops and trousers. Socks are compulsory to maintain our high levels of hygiene. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.

Yes and no, anyone is able to order from the Cafe however a child cannot order by themselves or on behalf of the parent and the parent must be with them.

No, you only have to bring the cake. The party children’s food is included in our party package. For adults, we have a large selection of freshly prepared, tasty food and drinks as seen on our menu.

All parents are required to bring a birthday cake to the party. We do, however, provide the party food for the children. Additionally, you shouldn’t bring cake knives as we will cut it for you.

All our birthday parties last for 2-3 hours although you can contact us if you want to make any special arrangements. During this time, you will have a dedicated party host for your party.

No, but there is a minimum charge for 8 children. This to cover our expenditure for the party.

You may take photos of videos, however, you may only take photos and videos of your own children.

No, we at Ding Dong Fun Bus do not, at any time, take responsibility for the supervision of children. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to remain on the premises at all times and supervise their children. If you are to leave the premises, you must take your children and belongings with you.

In short, we are legally required to not permit this. We have to adhere by requirement imposed upon us from child services, the local EHO and our Public Liability insurers. An adult is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and the child/children remain their responsibility at all times when in Ding Dong Fun Bus. This is for the safety and security of the children.

Absolutely, we encourage all parents to get into the play frame and experience the fun with their kids.

For health and safety reasons, no food can be brought into Ding Dong Fun Bus (with the exception of birthday cake, baby milk and baby food).

Yes, all our food is halal: our meat is sourced from the best halal butchers ensuring excellent quality and taste.
Safety and Rules
By entering Ding Dong Fun Bus you have agreed to abide by these rules:
1. All Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult (over 18 years of age) at all times. Ding Dong Fun Bus cannot be held responsible for your children.
2. Remove shoes before entering the play area, socks must be worn at all times, it is also recommended that arm and legs are covered.
3. Leave spectacles badges and jewellery with parent / guardian before entering the play area. Ding Dong Fun Bus will not except responsibility for loss or damage.
4. No food, drink or chewing gum maybe taken into the play area.
5. No sharp objects or bag (including handbags) maybe taken into the play areas.
6. All personal property remains your responsibility and Ding Dong Fun Bus will not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
7. Children should use the toilet before entering the play area. Nappies where appropriate and must be worn where necessary.
8. Children who are unwell or recovering from injury should not enter the play area.
9. Aggressive behaviour and foul language will not be tolerated.
10. Up to Three children may use the triple slide at a time, the child must use the slide in a sitting position feet first.
11. Groups of children (chains) are not permitted on any of the slides holding hands between lanes on the triple slide is not permitted.
12. Do not climb up the slide.
13. Do not sit on the bottom of the slides – leave this area immediately.
14. Toddler area (under 3’s) is for the sole use of parents & infants please use the height chart at the entrance. Older children will be asked to leave.
15. Do not dive or throw children into the ball pond.
16. Children who are above 125cm may not play.
17. Only food and drink purchased within Ding Dong Fun Bus may be consumed on the premises
18. While Ding Dong Fun Bus staff and management endeavour to ensure the safety of all visitors, it remains the responsibility of accompanying adults to supervise the children in their care while visiting the facility. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and remain the responsibility of said adult at all times.
Parents and guardians must...
1. Remain on the premises at all times.
2. Monitor their child to ensure that he/she is capable of using the equipment/rides safely.
3. Know where their child is and ensure that the child is able to locate them.
Parents and guardians know their child’s capabilities and behaviour best and should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this:
1. Children are advised to wear long sleeved shirts and long trousers and wear socks at all times to minimize the risk of personal injury.
2. Children must remove shoes, spectacles, jewellery and badges before entering the play frame.
3. No food, drink or chewing gum may be consumed in the play areas. All height and age restrictions imposed by the management must be adhered to.
4. Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not become overheated and that children who are unwell do not use the play equipment.
5. Abusive behaviour to staff or other customers from either adults or children will not be tolerated.
6. Group/party organizers should ensure that there are an adequate number of adults present for supervision of their charges.
7. Strictly no smoking on the premises.
8. Accept full responsibility to supervise their children at all times.
9. Observe their children to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely.
10.Explain these rules of play to the children and monitor their behaviour.
To ensure safe and healthy environment the following rules must be followed at all times:
1. Any child who has obvious recent injuries, is unwell, or who has been unwell, must not visit the centre for at least 48 hours.
2. Keep all food and drinks in the refreshment areas. Food or drink should not be taken or consumed in the play areas.
3. No smoking or use of fire within Ding Dong Fun Bus (with the only exception being birthday candles, for organised parties).
4. Adhere to the instructions on signs or given verbally by the Ding Dong Fun Bus Staff- we want you to have fun and play safely.
5. Carers to encourage children to visit the toilets before using the play equipment.
6. Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. must be conducted in the toilets and nappies disposed of in the bins provided.
7. Chewing Gum is strictly prohibited.
8. No climbing on the external play structure, furniture, barriers or netted walls.
9. Fighting, bullying, disruptive, destructive or unsuitable behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
10. Any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible, and report any spillages, accidents or damage to a member of staff immediately.
11. Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimize the potential of re-occurrence.
